Health Ed Pros can offer Safe Sitter trainings in your area. Safe Sitter® prepares students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students learn life-saving skills such as how to rescue someone who’s choking, and helpful information like what to do if there’s severe weather. The lessons are filled with fun activities and role-playing exercises. The next scheduled safe sitter training will be held at the Second Presbyterian Church, 7700 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, on Saturday, April 21st from 9am-2:30pm. Health Ed Pros is excited to offer "Safe Dates" trainings for educators and youth serving professionals. Safe Dates is an evidence based curriculum that prevents dating abuse. Highly engaging and interactive, Safe Dates helps teens recognize the difference between caring, supportive relationships and controlling, manipulative, or abusive dating relationships.
